ndrea Lee, a rising star on the LPGA Tour, is highlighted by her maiden win at the Portland Classic of 2022. Lee won on every level, which includes her time at Standford University where she earned nine wins and stayed for 17 weeks at the top of the Women's Amateur in the World. As the Women's Amateur with the highest ranking at the end the season in 2019 Lee was awarded the Mark H. McCormack Memorial Medal. Lee made the switch to professional the same year. Andrea Lee is a Los Angeles native born in the month of August, 1998. James began to teach her daughter to play golf at the age of five. As a young girl when she began competing in tournaments. She took home 50 championships at the age of a junior, in just four years. She qualified for in 2014 at the US Women's Open at Pinehurst No. at the age of 15 and her father alongside her as caddie. The LPGA Tour invited her as one of their sponsors to the 2015 ANA Inspiration, where she was able to make the cut, but only by just one stroke. Lee was a member of the United States' Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup as well as the Women's World Amateur Team Championship.
